The same question, a hundred times a day

“Do you have this in red?”, “Is there a size M?”, “Do you deliver to Tashkent?”, “Can I pay in instalments?” — an online store owner answers these four questions a hundred times a day.

Thirty seconds each. A hundred questions a day is an hour a day, spent entirely on sentences you have already written.

What the agent does

Talks about the product. Name, price, sizes, colours, material — all from the list you uploaded.

Explains delivery. How much across the city, how much to the regions, how many days, how it is paid.

Works out instalments. With a real number — “over 12 months, 350 000 UZS a month” — from the terms you set.

Takes the order. When the customer decides, it asks for a name, a phone number and an address.

Writes the row. The order lands in Google Sheets or your CRM. You are not copying it over by hand.

How the product list gets in

You upload a file to the knowledge base: Excel, CSV or plain text. For each product:

  • Name and SKU
  • Price, and sale price
  • Sizes and colours
  • A short description
  • Who it suits

The moment you update the list, the agent answers from the new version. It won’t quote last month’s price.

Being honest about stock

The agent does not know your live stock level. It works from the list you uploaded.

So it will not say “3 left in the warehouse” — a sentence like that can be wrong, and a wrong one creates a problem with a customer. Instead it says “yes, we have it” or “not right now”, and hands over to an operator when an exact number matters.

A direct connection to inventory systems is on the roadmap.

From a comment to an order

In online stores most questions are not in Direct at all — they are in the comments under a post. The agent answers those too and moves the conversation into Direct, where asking about size, colour and address is the natural thing to do.

More on that: Instagram comment auto-replies.

Which post sold

Every conversation remembers which post or ad it came from. In analytics you can see which creative brought orders — and split the ad budget accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

How do I upload my product list?

As a file in the knowledge base — Excel, CSV or plain text. For each product, a name, a price, sizes, colours and a description. When you update it, the agent answers from the new version.

Does it know live stock levels?

Not yet — the agent works from the list you uploaded. A direct connection to inventory systems is on the roadmap. That is exactly why it is tuned never to state an exact remaining quantity.

Can it take payment?

The agent does not take payment. It completes the order and captures the contact; you collect the money the way you already do.

I have several stores. Does each need its own agent?

Yes, one agent is configured per Instagram account. The Plus plan connects up to 3 accounts, the Pro plan up to 10.

Where do the orders land?

Google Sheets, amoCRM or Bitrix24 — whichever you connect. Or your own system, through an outbound webhook.
