AI receptionist for beauty salons
The price depends on hair length, the time depends on the stylist, the booking depends on what is open. The agent knows all three and books the appointment.

The salon lives on Instagram
For a beauty salon Instagram is the shop window. A photo of the work goes up and the questions arrive underneath: “How much is this?”, “Anything open tomorrow?”, “Who would do it?”.
During the day the receptionist is with a client; in the evening there is nobody at all. And the evening is exactly when the questions pile up — people write after work.
What the agent does
Quotes a conditional price. For most salon services the price is not one number. The agent asks what it needs to ask, and only then quotes:
— How much is keratin? — It depends on length: to the shoulder, 2 hours, 900 000 UZS; longer than that, 3 hours, 1 300 000 UZS. — Mine is waist-length — 3 hours, 1 300 000 UZS. Tomorrow at 12:00 or Saturday at 10:00 are open.
States the duration. So the customer can plan their day around it.
Helps pick a stylist. Who does which service, which days they work, whether the price differs.
Books the appointment. A time is chosen, a phone number captured, a confirmation sent.
Files it in your CRM. The record lands in amoCRM, Bitrix24 or a sheet.
Promotions and discounts
The agent mentions only the promotions you entered. It does not invent a discount — that is a rule put there on purpose, not a technical limit.
In the salon business this matters: one wrong price, or a discount that does not exist, turns into an uncomfortable conversation with a customer.
The question that arrives as a photo
Customers often send a picture and ask “can you do this?” or “would this suit me?”.
The agent accepts the photo and attaches it to the conversation, but does not judge it. That question goes to a stylist and you get a Telegram notification. The customer, meanwhile, hears “our stylist will look and reply shortly” — nobody is left hanging.
Evenings and weekends
The agent works while the salon is shut. Appointments get booked, the customer gets a confirmation, and in the morning the receptionist finds a ready list.
This is usually where the difference shows up most: half the questions arrive while the salon is closed.

Frequently asked questions
Our prices depend on hair length. Can the agent handle that?
Yes. You write conditional prices into the knowledge base — "to the shoulder 900 000, longer 1 300 000" — and the agent asks the customer about length before quoting.
Can customers choose a stylist?
Yes, if the knowledge base lists your stylists. For each one you can give a specialty, working days and any price difference.
What if a customer cancels?
The agent accepts the cancellation and updates the record in your CRM. It can also be set to offer a new time.
Does it mention promotions and discounts?
Only the ones you put in the knowledge base. The agent never invents a discount of its own — that is deliberate.
What if someone sends a photo and asks for that look?
The agent accepts the photo and attaches it to the conversation, but does not assess it. That question goes to a stylist, and you get a notification.
