A familiar problem

Dozens of questions arrive at your Instagram page every day. “How much is it?”, “Do you have it in stock?”, “Do you deliver?” — the same handful, over and over, and every one of them is waiting.

A message that arrives in the evening gets an answer in the morning. By morning the customer has already bought from someone else. In Uzbekistan Instagram is where the sale begins, and how fast you answer there turns directly into revenue.

What changes

Dichat.ai picks up every Direct message and replies in about two seconds. Not a canned reply either: the agent knows your prices, your hours and your delivery terms, and writes from them.

  • It works at night. A question at 02:00 gets an answer at 02:00.
  • It qualifies the customer. It asks the questions that matter and works out whether this person is ready to buy.
  • It captures the contact. It asks for a name and a phone number, gets them, and stores them.
  • It writes to your CRM. A qualified customer lands in amoCRM, Bitrix24 or Google Sheets.

How it works

1. Connect Instagram. Through Meta’s official API, in one press. No password changes hands.

2. Describe your business. Products, prices, delivery, hours, warranty, the questions people keep asking. That is your knowledge base.

3. Try the agent. Write to it in a test chat as if you were a customer and watch how it answers. Don’t like something? Edit the prompt.

4. Turn it on. From that moment it answers.

Why this is not a scripted bot

A bot working from a list of prepared replies stops at the first unexpected question. When a customer asks “do you have this model in red, and is there an instalment plan?”, both halves have to land at once.

Dichat.ai is built on a language model, but it does not make things up. It answers only inside what you gave it:

If the answer is not in the knowledge base, the agent asks a clarifying question or hands over to an operator. It does not invent a price, a discount or a warranty.

That is the middle ground between the two extremes: as dependable as a bot, as flexible as a person.

When an operator steps in

Whenever they want to. Every conversation is visible in the shared inbox. Press “I’ll answer” and the AI goes quiet on the spot — from there you are writing.

A hard question the agent hands over itself, with a Telegram notification. No customer is left without an answer either way.

What counts as a reply

Your plan limit is measured in AI replies: one final message delivered to a customer is one reply. The customer’s own messages and the system’s internal work do not count.

When the limit runs out, new conversations go to your operator. An extra pack can be added at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to hand over my Instagram password?

No. The connection runs through Meta's official API — you press "Allow" on your own Instagram page. We never see a password, and you can revoke access at any moment.

Will my account get blocked?

No. An official API integration is what Meta built the API for, and it follows their rules. The risk sits with services that automate a browser or ask for your password. We do neither.

Which kinds of messages does it answer?

Text messages, questions attached to a photo, and voice notes. Story replies and reactions arrive in Direct too, and they are handled the same way.

What happens when the agent cannot answer?

If the answer is not in your knowledge base, the agent asks a clarifying question or hands the conversation to an operator. It never invents a price or a guarantee.

How long does setup take?

Usually 10–15 minutes. Sign in, fill a short form about your business, connect Instagram, and try the agent in a test chat.
